Insomnia & Sleep Disturbances

Acupuncture for Sleep

Woman lying awake in bed at night, unable to sleep

Poor sleep touches everything — how you feel, how you think, how your body carries the day. Sleep is often the first place the body shows it has fallen out of balance.

Some patients notice deeper sleep after an early treatment. For others, rest improves gradually over a course of care — weekly at first, then spaced farther apart as progress holds. The body finds its rest, and learns to hold it.

The aim is simple: rest your body can keep on its own.

The Sleep Plan: A Series of Five

Sleep is treated as a plan, not a single visit. We begin with a series of five treatments — weekly at first, then spaced farther apart as your sleep steadies. Each treatment builds on the last, and the good nights grow longer.

How the plan works

The plan is a series of five treatments. How it is arranged depends on whether we have worked together before.

If you are new to the practice:

1. Your first visit. We begin with the initial consultation and treatment, where I take time to understand your sleep and the pattern underneath it. ($270)

2. The rest of your series. From there, a five-treatment package carries you through the plan. Four of those treatments complete your series of five. ($1,025)

3.Your first follow-up, already in hand. The fifth treatment in the package is held for your first follow-up after the series — so when the plan is complete, the natural next step is already yours.

If you are already a patient:

The five-treatment package covers your full series of five, with no initial consultation needed. ($1,025)

Insomnia is one of many conditions we treat. You can read more about our acupuncture practice and how the work is done on the Acupuncture page.

Good sleep is kept, not cured once. After the series, most people continue with follow-ups spaced comfortably apart.

Night by night, your rest becomes your own again.
