Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your appointment, please let us know by email to contact@takazawaacupunctureny.com as soon as possible.  Appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours or "no show" will incur $50 cancellation fee for the appointment.

We will email or text you to confirm your appointment within the week prior to your appointment.  Please provide us with your best contact number and email address when you make an appointment.

If your cancellation occurred three times in succeeding five reservations, we may have to terminate accepting your visitation.

About the delay of your arrival, we understand always something can happen especially in New York City due to the transportation service change.  However, we aim to punctually serve everybody to be fair.   So please understand that your treatment time may be adjourned as scheduled even when you don't have any fault about your delayed arrival.
